Quotes and reservations
A website request is not a confirmed booking. Rich Moving reviews availability and the move scope, then provides written terms before requesting a $200 Zelle reservation deposit. The approved deposit is credited toward the confirmed move total.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact dispatch as soon as a date, address, access condition, or item list changes. Final cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit-transfer terms must be confirmed in the written move agreement.
Damage, valuation, and claims
Do not rely on this website for valuation or insurance terms. Before accepting household-goods moves, Rich Moving will provide the applicable written contract, liability, valuation/coverage, and claim process information required for the confirmed move.
Privacy
This site does not process card payments or intentionally store website form submissions. Request details are prepared for the customer to send directly to dispatch. Do not include highly sensitive information in an initial request.
